Ramakrishnan M.K. the co-founder of R&S Electronics, did graduate studies in Physics and Mathematics. With a keen interest in audio and electro acoustics has also studied advanced courses with Syn-Aud-Con, Gold Line, ISF, Dolby Labs., to name but a few. Ramakrishnan popularly known as Ram, is also a music buff and Jazz enthusiast.

Director

From the year 1998 to 2003, he has been a part of the film services team providing technical support for films with Dolby Soundtracks all over the country.

In 2003 itself, he started Fiesta Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. In 2003. Fiesta owns the most popular post production facility in Mumbai. Current position – Managing Director.

He has provided his expertise in around 600 movies some of which include: - Lagaan, Dil Chahta Hai, Bhoot, Devdas, Company, Saathiya, Black, Raaz, Awara Paagal Deewana, Hera Pheri, Bend it like Beckham, Minority Report (H), Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham, Gadar, Titanic (HTT), Dr. Dolittle, Sarfarosh, Mission Impossible 2 (HTT) , Fiza, Jungle, Gladiator (H / T), Mohabbatein, Taal, Prince of Egypt (H / T).

He has designed, installed and calibrated many top studios which include Anand Recording Studio, B. R Studio, Empire Audio, Fiesta Studio, Gaurav Digital, Quality Cine Lab, Ramanaidu Studios, and Symphony Studio.

He joined R&S (India) Electronics Pvt. Ltd. in 2004 as Director. R&S (India) Electronics Pvt. Ltd is the franchisee of Dolby Labs in India. Also distributors for Martin Audio, Kelmar, THX, Strong, Schneider and many other world class cinema products. Current position – Director – Market Development.

He joined Pulz Electronics Pvt. Ltd. in 2006 as Director. Pulz Electronics is the manufacturer of High-end audio products. Pulz amplifiers and speakers can be heard in more than 1000 cinemas, multiplexes and auditoriums across the country. Current position – Director.

Authorised Sound Consultant

After graduating in Sound Recording and Sound Engineering from FTII in 1980, he joined R & S in Jan '98. Coming to us with an experience of installing India’s First 70mm Stereophonic Mixing Studio, V Kishore designed, executed and updated many top Studios – Prasad AVM (Chennai) , Kodandapani Audio (Chennai) , Sujathas (Chennai) , Aravind Audio (Chennai) , RKV (Chennai) , Prasad (Bangalore) , Chamundeshware (Bangalore) , Prasad ( Hyderabad) , Ramanaidu ( Hyderabad) , Shabdalaya ( Hyderabad) , Planning Stage of Ramoji Film City ( Hyderabad) to name a few.

He is well – trained in Perfectone Recording and Projection equipment at Bienne Switzerland and well versed with other equipments from Magnatech MTM Westrex Photophone Soundcraft MCI and many other top brands.

He was the person to have started printing of Dolby Soundtracks and maintaining quality control of all Laboratories in Chennai – Prasad Gemini and Reliance Media Works and Prasad Ramoji Flm City and Ramanaidu in Hyderabad

He has done mastering for more than 1000 films some off them including Vaaranam Aayiram – Tamil, Vinnai Thaandi Varuvaya – Tamil, Janala – Bengali, Dekha – Bengali, Akasa Kusum – Sinhala, Dashavatharam – Tamil, Bindu – Sinhala, Aadahvan – Tamil, Lagaan – Hindi, Dil Chahata Hai – Hindi, Kaalpurush – Bengali, Garam Masala – Hindi, Tahaan – Hindi, Kakha Kakha - Tamil, Pachakili Muthucharam – Tamil, Hey Ram – Hindi , Cyanidi – Kannada, Guru – Hindi, Yuva – Hindi, Raavan – Hindi, Narasimha – Malayalam and Koncham Ishtam Kincham Kashtam-Telugu.

He has also set up Optical Cameras for Mono and stereo Sound Negative Recording for Prasad Group , Aravind Audio, Sujathas ,Kodandapani Audio AVM, Balaji Studio, Ramanaidu Studio , Shabdalaya Studio, Chamundeshware Prasad , Rajkamal Studio , Fiesta Studio, Anand Studio and Ramoji Film City .

Dolby Sound Consultant

A Graduate from FTII, Pune in S.R.S.E (Sound recording & sound engg.) Bhaskar Pal has worked as a freelance recording engineer on Features, Short Films and Documentary Films before joining R & S in 2000.

At R & S, he has been providing technical support for clients for film mixes as well as installed and calibrated Dolby setup in around 6 – 7 studios. In addition to this, he also keeps providing technical support to producers / film makers during prestigious film previews. He also provides technical support to Laboratories printing Dolby digital prints.

Today, he is a part of the film services team providing technical support for films with Dolby Soundtracks all over the country. He has provided his expertise in the following movies : -
Kaminey, Wake up Sid, Ishqiya, London Dreams, Rock On, New York, Luck By Chance, Badmaash Company, Kites – Hindi, Dil Bole Hadippa, Rocket Singh, Swades, Main Hoon Na, Om Shanti Om, Kaho Na pyaar Hai, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna (and many more)

Manager – Engineering Services

He joined us in the year 2004 directly after completion of his Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering. Sincere and dedicated, he was trained under the expert guidance of the company's technical staff. Since then, he has successfully completed commissioning of more than 50 Cinema Audio and Film Projection equipments.

In 2007, with the company's vision to organize and expand itself, he was entrusted to provide his services to Linear Electronics Pvt. Ltd - a company that provides complete technical support and after sales service to R & S (I) Electronics Pvt. Ltd.

He has attended Digital Cinema training seminars of renowned Cinema equipment manufacturers like Sim2 (Italy) and Kinoton (Germany). His expertise also includes installation of Barco digital projection and Dolby Digital servers, Dolby 3D and many more.

With the experience gained over a span of 5 years and with the confidence shown in him by the management, he has grown in stages from within the company. He is presently leading the company's engineering team spread across India.

Dolby Sound Consultant

After finishing his sound engineering from School of Audio Engineering,Chennai, Bharat immediately joined Real Image as a DTS consultant. In his 2 years of working with DTS, this promising young man was noticed by Dolby and in no time Bharat Reddy became an integral part of our company in September 2005.

In this span of 6 years with R & S, Bharat has calibrated some of the most prestigious theatres and studios all across the country some of which include: - Rajkamal Studio, Yashraj Studio, Anand Studio, Flavours Studio, Fiesta Studio, Sound City, Future Works Studio, Ramanaidu Studio, Prasad Labs, Balaji Studio – Bangalore, Adlabs Studio – Kolkata, Q – Lab and B.R. Studio. Along with providing technical support for films, his excellent marketing skills also helped in the promotion of Dolby in Southern India.

Today, he is a part of the film services team providing technical support for films with Dolby Soundtracks all over the country. He has provided his expertise in around 400 movies some of which include: -
Love Aaj Kal, 2012, 3 Idiots, Raajneeti, Peepli Live, Rann, My Name is Khan, Paa, Wanted, Dostana, Housefull, Prince – it's Show Time, Vaasu, Ghajini, Taare Zameen Par, Avtaar (and many more)

Consultant - Sound Engineer

He joined R & S as a consultant on 1 st February, 2010.
After securing a diploma in electronics and telecommunication engineering, he has served as a sound and maintenance engineer at Prasad Labs of Prasad Group of Companies for over 18 years.

As a sound consultant on our board, Gopi ( as the film industry fondly call him) has done mastering for the following movies: - Haneen – Arabic, Adur Prem - Bengali, Vidhu - Sinhalese, Musal Manir - Bengali, Janni Dushman - Hindi, Laboratory - Bengali, Karma – Sinhalese (and many more)

Throughout his tenure, Gopi has installed and has worked on the following equipments : - Westrex consoles , MCI consoles , MCI 24 Tracks recorder, Kinoton 35mm ock roll projectors, Westrex 35mm /16mm optical cameras, Dolby DS4E, DolbyCP65 and magnatech recorder.
